Hospitalisation for self harm and suicide thoughts/attempts

I wouldn't really recommend hospital for anyone that wants to get more help with there suicide thoughts and self harming issues because they do not help. how do I know for sure that it's true? well I was hospitalised in the middle of this year on my birthday because i had attempted suicide twice and the thoughts were getting stronger and stronger to the point where i was put in the mental hospital i was there for safety as i wasn't safe at my house.

because i had access to lots of sharp objects and drugs to take BUT it did help me when I was really suicidal, wasn't safe to be by myself the nursers would come and check on you and they also check your bags and belongings and take away any sharp or glass objects. So I do recommend that if you are getting really strong thoughts of suicide, then to go to the mental hospital for safety because I did feel really safe there knowing that i couldn't hurt myself even if I extremely needed too.

selective mutism/anxiety/social anxiety

Selective mutism is a major social anxiety disorder most websites show that only children have it but that isn't true adults and teenagers can have selective mutism as well (I have had it my whole life) and I am only recently getting proper treatment for it but treatment is really difficult and slow for selective mutism if you would like to know more about selective mutism I will post my youtube video that i have made which explains more about selective mutism.

Trust

The word trust is a really strong word not many people seem to know what it actually means.

well it basically means that the person you decided to trust you can tell them absolutely anything that you want them know and WON'T tell anyone unless  they think it's really necessary to do so, but i still think they should go and talk about it with the person they're concerned about before they go of and tell someone that the other person might not even trust and before they know it what they told the person is not private anymore.
so basically what i am trying to say is to be careful on to who you trust because you might think that you can trust them, but you couldn't be more wrong. so think it through carefully on who you are going to trust!

love

Sometimes you feel un-loved, but the truth is that there IS someone out there that loves you just try your hardest to think about who truly cares about you and they're the ones that actually love you for who you are.

Who cares about the ones that are mean to you they're not important in your life. what's important is the people that love you such as your friends and family. Because you are defiantly NOT alone. There are people that love you - I know because i love you. I will always be there for you i'll care, listen to you.

I know that i am not a professional but but i am trying my hardest to help others with this situation not because i have to, but because i WANT too.
 you are loved! <3

Some of my personal experiences

I know how it feels and how hard it is because i speak from my personal experiences with depression, self harm, previous suicide attempts and i used to be a cutter for about a year, i completely understand how hard it is to stop once you've become addicted to it. it's like becoming addicted to smoking or alcohol that's how hard it is to stop self harming.
I actually only stopped cutting like last month and i'm hoping to never start again.
so please. try and stop before you become addicted!
if you think it's hard to get help now, wait until the day you cut to deep, you have to go to hospital, then everyone will know that you cut yourself, you will have to explain to the doctors what had happened.
so try and get help as soon as possible
I know and understand that it's a scary to try and get help, that it's a scary thing to talk about, but just try your hardest to tell a counsellor, or a friend or trusted adult.
